There are many programs under NH Medicaid that may help you depending on your situation. Talking with an options counselor from NHCC can help you narrow down what program you might qualify for, and explain how the program works. They can even walk you through the application process.

This question isn’t as simple as it seems. You may not need to enroll in Medicare as long as you are actively employed and receiving health insurance through the employer, or through your spouse’s employer. A Medicare counselor from NHCC can explain the rules of Medicare to you and help you through the enrollment process. 

The Choices for Independence (CFI) Program is a Medicaid-funded program that provides a wide range of service choices that enable eligible adults to stay in their own homes and communities.
